罗伯特·费伊Ph值.D., has 40 years of experience in multiple aspects of sample surveys, including survey design, 估计, variance 估计, imputation 和 analysis of missing data, statistical modeling of data from complex samples, 和 small area 估计. He joined 趣赢平台, after retiring from the U.S. 人口普查局.

Dr. Fay is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association, a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, 和 a recipient of the Gold Medal Award from the Department of Commerce 和 the Roger Herriot Award for Innovation in 联邦 Statistics.
