- As is the case nationally, there is little racial diversity in the teacher workforce in 路易斯安那州. It is addressing its gap between teachers of color 和 students of color by focusing on recruitment 和 training.
- Texas also experiences inequities in relation to student performance 和 access to effective educators, 和 is analyzing 和 using district equity plans to design improvement strategies.
